JIFFY PEACH COBBLER 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour (plain)
1 c. sugar
Dash salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 lg. can sliced peaches

Melt butter over low heat. Pour into a baking dish. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add milk. Pour batter over butter. Do not stir. Pour fruit (juice and all) over batter. Do not stir. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
