JIFFY PIE (COBBLER) 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
1 (No. 2 1/2) can fruit
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 lb. butter

Mix ingredients into batter. Melt 1/4 pound of butter in a 10 x 14 inch pan. Pour batter over melted butter, then pour 1 can of fruit and juice on top of batter. Sprinkle 3/4 cup sugar on top with nutmeg to taste. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
