VIDALIA ONION COBBLER 
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
Vidalia onions, sliced or chopped
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream corn
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine cornbread mix with egg and milk. Pour into large greased skillet. Cover with onion slices or pieces. Mix sour cream, corn, salt, and pepper. Pour over onions.

Bake at 400°F for about 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
