SHRIMP SALAD 
2 lb. cooked shrimp
6 hard boiled eggs
3 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1 1/4 c. salad dressing
Salt to taste

You may add macaroni.

Combine shrimp and salt and mix lightly, then add all other ingredients including salad dressing and toss lightly. Serve cold.

NOTE: Garnish for Salad Lemon Slices, cubed celery, pimento, grated carrots and ham roll. Serves 12.
