1 lg. pkg. Oreo's
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c butter

Crumble 1/2 cookies in bottom of pan. Cream cheese, butter and sugar then add Cool Whip.

In another bowl add pudding and milk. Add to other mixture and pour over cookies and add the rest of crumbled cookies.
