TURTLE CAKE 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand milk
6 or 12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. melted butter
32 caramels

Mix cake according to directions. Add butter, 1/3 cup Eagle Brand milk; mix. Pour 1/2 of mix into 9x13 inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Put rest of milk and caramels in pan and melt. Pour over cake with pecans and chocolate chips. Add rest of batter. Bake 20-25 minutes longer. Ice with chocolate icing.
