1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
4 whole eggs
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) box Holland sour cream
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 box German sweet chocolate, grated
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water

Beat eggs and add all other ingredients. Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Ice with German chocolate icing or bake in 2 (9 inch) layer pans.
