1 box yellow cake mix
1 instant vanilla pudding
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
10 sq. German chocolate, grated
2 c. or 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 c. water
1 c. chopped pecans

Blend together. Put in a 9 x 13 inch and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Ice with vanilla or sour cream icing when cool.
