HANAMAULU CHICKEN 
2 lbs. chicken
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. brandy
2 tsp. oyster sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. sesame seeds

Combine ingredients and marinate chicken overnight. Dredge chicken in 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Deep fry.
