LOW - CAL HOT APPLE CHICKEN
SALAD
 
2 c. cooked, diced chicken
2 c. diced, unpeeled red apples
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. sage (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine chicken, apple, celery, and onion in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into baking dish, stirring to combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Yield: 6 servings, 166 calories each.
