BAKED CAJUN CHICKEN (LOW CAL) | |
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. chicken pieces (breast halves, thighs, drumsticks) Non stick cooking spray 2 tbsp. skim milk 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/8 tsp. ground white pepper 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper Remove skin from chicken. Rinse. Pat dry. Spray a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Arrange the chicken, meaty side up, in dish. Brush with milk. In a small bowl mix the spices. Sprinkle over chicken. Bake in a 375 degree oven, 45 to 55 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. |
