LOW - CAL MARINATED CHICKEN
BREASTS
 
3 chicken breasts
1/4 c. rose wine
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. water
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. ginger, grated
1 tbsp. brown sugar (may use brown sugar substitute)

Mix wine, soy sauce, water, garlic, oil, ginger, oregano, and brown sugar together in shallow plastic container. Place chicken in marinate and place in refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
