CURRIED CHICKEN 
1 tbsp. butter
1 chopped med. onion
1/2 tsp. curry powder (more or less, to taste)

Saute until onion is clear.

Stir in:

1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1 c. chicken broth or bouillon

Add:

About 2 c. cooked chicken (turkey or shrimp)

Serve over cooked rice.
