ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. grated onion
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 lg. pkg. non-seasoned tortilla chips
1 sm. can green chilies, mashed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 can mild enchilada sauce
1 can mushroom soup

Brown meat and onion. Drain well, then in a 9 x 13 inch casserole put a layer of chips, hamburger and cheese. Repeat layers, starting and ending with chips. Mix soups, chilies, milk and sauce together; pour over above ingredients. Bake in a 350 degree oven about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
