GREEN CHILI ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tall can Mill Enchilada Sauce (10 oz.)
1 sm. can chopped green chilies (4 oz.)
1/2 soup can milk
12-14 oz. longhorn cheese, grated
1 pkg. Fritos (tortillas or Doritos may be used) (10 oz. pkg.)

Brown beef and onion; add salt and pepper. Add to meat mixture, soups, enchilada sauce, chilies and milk. Layer in 9 x 12 inch casserole in following order: Fritos, meat mixture and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
