SPICY MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hamburger meat
1 lg. onion
1 pkg. soft tortillas
2 cans Ranch style beans
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1/2 lb. sliced Cheddar

Brown meat and onion. Line long casserole dish with soft tortillas. Add 1/2 of meat and onion. Add cheese layer. Add all beans. Add layer of tortilla then rest of meat. Combine soup and tomatoes. Blend and pour over layered mixture. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
