MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef, drained
add chili powder to taste
salt, garlic salt, pepper
1 pkg. flour tortillas
chopped onion
1 can Ranch Style Beans
Velveeta Cheese, cubed
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes

Grease casserole and line with tortillas. Layer beef, chopped onion, beans, Velveeta cubes. Repeat layers.

Top with soup and tomatoes that have been blended in blender. Cover with foil.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
