RICE AND GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 c. cooked rice (or 3/4 c. uncooked Minute Rice)
1 c. chopped celery
1 chopped onion
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can chow mein noodles

Cover in water and simmer celery, onions, and pepper for 10 minutes. Brown ground beef. Mix with other ingredients. Add celery, onions, and pepper, along with the water they were simmered in.

Pour into casserole dish. Cook uncovered 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Add chow mein noodles to top and cook 10 more minutes.
