SHIPWRECK 
1 lb. hamburger
1 lg. onion
6 lg. potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can water

Place the hamburger in a 6 x 10 inch casserole, press it down flat in the bottom of pan. On the hamburger put 1/3 of the onion. Salt and pepper. Arrange the potatoes and rest of onions in layers are for escalloped potatoes, until all is used, salt and pepper each layer.

Add the water to the soup. Pour over the meat and potato mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 425 degrees. This makes a good company casserole. Serve with a tossed salad, green beans, fruit Jello and cookies, also hot rolls. Serves 4.
