SHIPWRECK 
1 qt. raw potatoes, diced
3 tbsp. butter
1 lg. onion, diced
1 sm. stalk celery, diced
1 sm. can kidney beans
1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 1/2 c. fresh or cooked tomatoes
1 lb. hamburger
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. water

Place potatoes in bottom of buttered casserole, then add other ingredients, putting hamburger on top. Season. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4 to 6. Serve with a salad.
