"SHIPWRECK" 
Butter
3 lg. potatoes, sliced
2 onions, finely chopped
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 ribs celery, finely chopped
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can kidney beans
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cans tomato soup

Butter baking dish. Cover bottom with layer of potatoes, next a layer of onions. Then layer with ground beef, celery, rice and kidney beans. Season with salt and pepper. Pour tomato soup over all and cover dish. Bake in 375 degree oven for 2 hours. Serves 8.
