CABBAGE AND SAUSAGE 
1 head cabbage
1 lb. sausage
2-3 carrots
1 onion
1 bell pepper
2 stalks celery

Chop cabbage. Slice the sausage in 1/2 inch slices. Slice carrots in thin slices. Slice or chop onions, bell pepper and celery. Cook until carrots are tender.
