SWEET CABBAGE WITH SAUSAGE 
1 lg. cabbage
1 lg. onion
Oil
Salt
Pepper
2 lbs. garlic sausage or Buhay's Kielbassi

Cut cabbage in 1/4 inch slices. Saute in oil with onion and salt and pepper. Cook until soft. Cook sausage separately and then combine and serve with boiled potatoes with butter. Yields 8 servings.
