BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli or fresh
1/2 lb. American cheese
20 Ritz crackers
1/2 stick melted butter

Use a 1 1/2 or 2 quart casserole dish. Butter bottom and edges. Place a layer of broccoli on bottom, then layer of cheese; alternate cheese and broccoli, end with cheese. Mix Ritz crackers and melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes (until broccoli is done if fresh is used).
