BROCCOLI/CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Chicken or turkey, cooked and deboned
Cooked broccoli (fresh or frozen), drained
Cream of mushroom soup
Mayonnaise or sour cream (1/2 c.) (optional)

Adjust amounts to size of casserole you desire.

Cover bottom of dish with cut up chicken or turkey. Cover with cooked, drained broccoli. Dilute soup with mayonnaise or sour cream if desired. Cover meat and broccoli with soup. Top with cheese - heat until hot (350 degrees for 20 minutes).
