CHICKEN-BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 to 3 lbs. cooked chicken, cut up
2 bunches cooked broccoli (may use frozen)
1 can sliced water chestnuts, chopped
1 or 2 sm. cans mushrooms, as desired
Slivered toasted almonds

SAUCE:

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. water

Mix sauce ingredients together. Layer broccoli then chicken; sprinkle on mushrooms, water chestnuts and almonds. Pour on sauce, spreading evenly. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes until hot and bubbly.

OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS:

1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 med. onion, chopped
