POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lg. pkgs. frozen hash brown potatoes (or potatoes O'Brien & omit next 2 ingredients)
1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
Corn flake topping

Mix ingredients together and place in 9"x12" baking dish. Top with crushed corn flakes mixed with butter and bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
