BROCCOLI - CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
2 pkgs. frozen cauliflower
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3/4 pkg. slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. garlic
Crushed Better Cheddar crackers

Cook broccoli and cauliflower, not quite as long as directed on package. Drain. Add cream of mushroom soup, cheese, garlic and almonds. Crush crackers on top and cook at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until crackers are a little brown.
