4 well beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 jars junior carrot baby food
Nuts (optional)

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
