PATI-DE-FAI 
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
1 jar pimentos
1 sm. green pepper
1 sm. onion

In a double boiler, stir 2 tbsp. vinegar, 2 tbsp. sugar and 2 eggs (slightly beaten). Cook until thick (cool). Mix with 8 oz. soft cream cheese. Add a jar of chopped pimentos, 1 small green pepper, 1 small onion. Serve on crackers.
