2/3 c. warm (110 to 115 degrees) water 1 env. dry yeast 1/2 tsp. sugar 1 1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour 1/2 c. unsifted whole wheat flour 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. olive oil 1/4 c. slivered calamata olives 1 lg. egg white 1 tbsp. water Combine water, yeast, and sugar. Let stand 10 minutes or until bubbly. Then mix the rest of the mixtures in. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 15 to 17 minutes on greased baking sheets. |
