FRIED RICE (THAILAND) 
4 c. cooked rice
2 eggs, scrambled and chopped
1 c. leftover chopped, cooked meat (chicken, ham, shrimp, or beef)
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. water

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan. Heat the mixture thoroughly. Serve hot. 6 servings.
