SPINACH SALAD 
1 pkg. fresh spinach
5 oz. can water chestnuts (drained) (sliced)
1 lb. bean sprouts
3 sliced hard boiled eggs
8 slices bacon crumbs

DRESSING:

1 c. salad oil
1/3 c. catsup
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix spinach, water chestnuts, bean sprouts, eggs, and bacon crumbs in bowl and chill.

Combine dressing ingredients and refrigerate. Serve salad with dressing on the side.
