SESAME HERB CHICKEN | |
1 tbsp. butter 2/3 c. Bisquick 2 tbsp. sesame seeds 2 tsp. each thyme leaves, ground sage and parsley flakes 1 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 lb. fryer, cut up Heat oven to 425 degrees. Heat butter in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan until it melts. Mix Bisquick and seasonings; coat chicken. Place chicken in pan. Bake, uncovered, 35 minutes. Turn; bake until done, about 15 minutes longer. |
