SESAME CHICKEN 
1 1/2 lbs. chicken in 2x1 cubes
2 eggs
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. water

Combine (referred to as egg mixture). 1/4 c. sesame seeds 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine (referred to as crumb mixture).

Dip chicken in flour, then egg mixture, then crumb mixture. Fry until golden brown. Transfer pieces to 13x9 pan.

SAUCE:

1 jar apricot jam
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. water

Blend and heat together. Pour over chicken and warm through.
