3 c. lima beans, cooked
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. onion
1 sm. jar pimento
Peppers, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream

Saute onions in butter; add pimentos and beans; heat through. Stir in sour cream. Serve immediately.
