LEMON RICE 
Green chili peppers
2 or 3 to taste or 1 jalapeno pepper
Fresh sm. piece ginger root
Fresh cilantro leaf
2 or 3 garlic cloves
Turmeric powder, small amount

Cook rice set aside. Chop together peppers, ginger root, cilantro leaf and garlic cloves, put in blender with 2 tablespoons water and 2 or 3 tablespoons lemon juice and grind together.

In a pan warm some oil, pour the mixture in and saute for about 5 minutes. Then add rice. Mix together turn off stove and add salt and more lemon juice to taste. Turmeric powder gives yellow color.
