TERIYAKI STEAK | |
1 1/3 lbs. round steak 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. water 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp. ginger Slash outer edge of fat to prevent meat from curling. Score meat and place in glass dish. Heat remaining ingredients to boiling, stirring occasionally. Pour on meat, cover, and refrigerate several hours, turning meat occasionally. Set oven control at broil on 550 degrees. Remove meat from marinade. Broil until desired doneness. Heat remaining marinade and serve over meat. |
