3 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 eggs
3/4 c. sweet milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Sift all dry ingredients together. Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs. Next add flour and milk alternately. Next add mashed bananas and vanilla. Pour into layer pans and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Cool layers and ice.

ICING:

1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Soften cream cheese. Mix with sugar and vanilla.
