BANANA SPLIT CAKE | |
1 2/3 c. crushed graham cracker crumbs 1/4 c. sugar 1/3 c. butter Bananas Ice cream (fudge ripple is good) 1 c. chocolate chips morsels 1/2 c. butter 2 c. powdered sugar 1 1/3 c. evaporated milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla Cool Whip Blend first 3 ingredients and press into bottom of 13x9 pan. Bake 4 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool. Slice bananas over crumb bottom (enough to cover). Slice ice cream over bananas and freeze. Blend remainder of ingredients (not Cool Whip) together and boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Let mixture cool. When cool, spread over ice cream and cover with Cool Whip. Serve nuts and cherries on side. |
