ITALIAN CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 med. onion, sliced
1 lg. bottle Italian salad dressing
8-10 c. cooked rice
Salt
Pepper
Paprika

Place chicken breasts in baking dish. Add salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Place pepper and onion slices on top of chicken. Pour 1/2 bottle of salad dressing over chicken. Cover with foil, bake in 350 degree oven about 1 hour or until done.

Spoon cooked rice in casserole dish. Arrange chicken on top of rice. Pour remaining salad dressing over all. Bake 10 more minutes.
