BAKED ITALIAN CHICKEN 
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 lb. broiler, cut up
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Combine water, chili sauce, salt, oregano, celery seed and pepper. Dip chicken in chili sauce mixture; coat skin side with bread crumbs. In 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish, melt butter. Place chicken, crumb side up in dish; pour on remaining chili sauce mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Serves 4.
