BAKED CHICKEN ITALIAN STYLE 
Wash 1 1/2 pounds chicken parts and dry on paper towels. Put 1 cup tomato juice in baking dish, roll chicken in tomato juice leaving the chicken skin side down.

Sprinkle over chicken:

1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Turn chicken over and bake an additional 1/2 hour. Makes 2 servings when skin and bone has been removed.
