BAKED ITALIAN CHICKEN 
1/2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. oil
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can thick and zesty spaghetti sauce
2 slices Mozzarella cheese
Spaghetti (optional)

Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in egg and dredge in flour mixture. Brown chicken on all sides in oil. Remove chicken to baking dish. Pour sauce over. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with cheese and bake additional 5 minutes. Serve over spaghetti, if desired.
