ITALIAN BAKED CHICKEN 
1 1/2 lbs. chicken breast filets
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, partially drained, chopped
8 tsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Place chicken in 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients in bowl. Pour over chicken. Bake covered 1 hour.
