ITALIAN BAKED CHICKEN 
1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken parts, skin removed
1/2 c. canned mushroom pieces, drained
1 c. canned tomato sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp. minced onion flakes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chicken in a shallow baking pan that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray.

Spread mushrooms evenly over chicken.

In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken and mushrooms. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes.
