PRETZEL SALAD | |
2 c. crushed pretzels 3/4 c. butter, melted 3 tsp. sugar 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. sugar 8 oz. pkg. Cool Whip 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry or raspberry Jello 2 c. boiling water 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries or raspberries Mix pretzels, melted butter and sugar together. Pat into 10 x 14 inch pan. Bake 8 minutes at 400 degrees. Mix cream cheese and sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cold pretzel mix. Put Jello in boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Remove from heat. Put frozen strawberries or raspberries in water. Let stand for 10 minutes. Pour on top of cheese mix and refrigerate. |
