PRETZEL SALAD 
1ST LAYER:

2 c. pretzels, crushed
3 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. butter, melted

Pat into a 9"x13" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1/2 c. sugar

Soften cream cheese and mix with other ingredients until smooth. Place dabs around cooled pretzel crust and pat into place.

3RD LAYER:

2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries

Mix Jello into the boiling water. Add thawed strawberries. Let mixture set a little before adding to the second layer. This will keep particles of cheese from floating to the top.

VARIATIONS: Raspberry Jello and frozen raspberries. Triple berry Jello and frozen mixed berries (can get them at Cosco).
