SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, undrained

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased baking dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1 c. crushed pecans
1/2 stick melted butter

Combine and mix well. Spread over potato mixture and bake in 375 degree oven about 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
