SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

TOPPING:

1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. flour

Mix first 6 ingredients and pour into a 2 quart buttered baking dish. Mix topping ingredients and spread over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
